Our client is a leading independent provider of care to elderly service users across the UK. We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Home Manager (RGN) for a 49 bedded Nursing Home in Winchester, Hampshire. Main purpose of the role: -To oversee the care of residents within the Care Home. -To take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Care Home -The marketing of the home -Occupancy levels -To ensure that all Company policies and procedures, and all legal requirements are adhered to within the defined timescales. Applicants must have a strong background in Nursing Home management. The post has a negotiable salary plus a bonus of up to 25% of the annual salary.
