We are currently recruiting for a Nurse Manager in the Somerset area. My client, a Residential, Nursing and Dementia care home provides specialist healthcare to elderly service users who require nursing care. As the Nurse Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the home including overseeing the staff team and ensuring that the residents’ needs are being met at all times. You will be reporting to the Area Manager in accordance with the policies and procedures, ensure that high standards of care are delivered to meet the needs of the individual resident, monitor and maintain standards. Lead, manage and develop the work of the staff team, set objectives and supervision of staff, carry out appraisals. £33,000-£36,000 per annum. You will be required to work full time for 39 hours per week. Annual leave is 25 days per year (excluding public holidays). |
