We are looking to recruit an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultant. This role exists to deliver sales, results, business plan objectives and to manage client accounts and candidates effectively with a high level of customer service. To ensure our services are the preferred choice for all candidates and clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To generate an agreed level of revenue for the company, whilst maintaining dedicated ways of working built on a platform of honesty, integrity and professionalism
  • To build key relationships with clients and candidates, influencing the defined recruitment process at all times, gaining understanding of candidates aspirations and clients needs
  • To offer clients advice, provide open and direct feedback and continue to add value
  • Adhere to all company administration processes and procedures

Essential Requirements:

  • To be proactive around client management and business development
  • A proven track record in Healthcare Recruitment

Desirable Needs:

  • An established reputation within the healthcare recruitment industry

Salary negotiable, depending on experience.
