| Our client is one of the UK's leading independent suppliers of residential and nursing care to elderly service users. We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of 9 Nursing and Residential homes across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Candidates must have an excellent track record in Home Management and ideally have worked at an Area, Operations or Regional Manager level. A Nursing qualification (RGN or RMN) would be preferable but is not essential although non-nurse applicants MUST have previous experience of managing nursiong services. The salary is negotiable depending on experience and there is an attractive bonus scheme related to performance. |
